Maryland DMV: Left side, click Online Services.Drop down box Driving Record. Choose Driving Records. You do not need a PIN
number to order your record. You will need the certified record. Click Continue. You need to choose the 3-year record, certified,
do not view online, click continue. Fill out your information and follow the rest of the directions. It may be mailed to your
home address, so have it mailed here or fax it to the Rec Office (please ask Allison for that number).
Virginia DMV:Left side, choose Online Service. Choose Record Services. Request a Copy of Your Driver or Vehicle Record.
From the 1st paragraph, choose the online option. Choose the 3rd option: I do not have a PIN, click continue.Fill out the
rest of your information for an official copy of your record.
Connecticut DMV: Right side under Featured Links click Records Information. Choose Obtaining A Copy
of Your Driver History. Choose Copy Records Request and fill out your information.
New Jersey DMV: Under the center list, under customers, choose Driver History Record. At
the end of the paragraph choose driver history online. Under the Drivers list, choose Request Your Driver History Record.
Follow the directions and fill in your information.
North Carolina: You do not need to get a record, the school will be able to get that.
